Solange Stands Up For Her Sister Kim Kardashian has built her multi-million dollar empire on an old adage: It's not what you know, it's who you know. But with her latest celebrity BFF, Beyonce, the reality tv star may have bitten off more than she can chew. Beyonce's little sister, Solange Knowles, is reportedly upset that the "Single Ladies" singer is becoming fast friends with Kim Kardashian. Solange reportedly holds a less-than-favorable opinion of Kardashian. "In Solange's eyes, Beyonce is a stand-out star, a premier singer of our time, whereas Kim is just a reality TV star who only got famous after a sex tape was leaked," an insider told the Enquirer. "They had a fight over Kim," the insider added. "It culminated with Beyonce telling Solange she can be friends with whomever she wants." It's sweet that Solange is standing up for her sister's reputation, but I'm not sure she has any room to offer recommendations on who is good enough to hang with Beyonce. Kardashian, meanwhile, is busying traipsing around town with Kanye West, her latest conquest on the path to total domination of the entertainment industry.
