J.Lo to launch online T-shirt firm after 'American Idol' exit - Hollywood

London, July 18 (ANI): Jennifer Lopez, who has wrapped up work on talent show ‘American Idol,’ is launching a web-based luxury T-shirt company.

The 42-year-old popstar has partnered with Brian Lee, the technical entrepreneur who helped develop Kim Kardashian’s Shoedazzle line and Jessica Alba’s The Honest Company collection, to help create her line’s website.

Titled Teeology, it will offer "high-end printed" limited-edition T-shirts designed by "various artists and designers," according to WWD.

Members to the site will vote on which designs they like the best and the winning selections are sent into immediate production.

It will also stock a range of permanent "basics" for men and women starting at 20 dollars.

The limited-edition styles will be priced from 29 dollars, the Daily Mail reported.

The founder of Shoedazzle, MJ Eng, has founded Teeology and the team are joined by Erica Zohar and Jeff Marine, two US clothing entrepreneurs.

Although no launch date has been released, a notice on Teeology.com states that "we are moments away from tee time."

The line’s Facebook page, which was established back on November 29, 2011, posted on July 12: "The countdown is on!"

It is of course, one of the singer’s many forays into fashion.

She has released multiple apparel ranges in the past including the clothing line she currently fronts that is stocked at Kohl’s.

She launched a line titled Sweetface in 2003, which ceased production in 2007. (ANI)
