Lots of guys have asked their girlfriends to shed a few pounds over the years, but if the rumors about Kanye West's reasons are accurate, we may have the makings of a gay rumor on our hands: Yeezy feels Kim is too "thick" to model for his clothing line.
A source supposedly told OK! magazine that Kanye "wants [Kim] to be the face of his new clothing line . . . but to do that she has to fit into the clothes."
Oh, snap! At first, I thought 'Ye must be a lunatic to try and talk his chick into slimming down, especially this early in the relationship. Then it occurred to me that he may be some kind of superficial genius.
If you really feel the need to talk your girl into dieting, the safest approach would have to be: "Hey, you should model for my clothing line (pause for tears of joy), ya know...you'd just need to drop a few pounds." It's risky, but not nearly as risky as forcing her to watch her sex tape and drawing digital circles around her cellulite, a la John Madden. I like to think Kanye tried that approach first.
