Kim Kardashian flaunts her baby bump on the red carpet at the 2013 MTV Movie Awards held at Sony Pictures Studios on Sunday (April 14) in Los Angeles.
The 32-year-old pregnant reality star will be presenting the performance from Selena Gomez this evening during the live show.
