Kesha swore under oath that Dr. Luke did not drug her, sexually assault her, or even have sex her, which stands in complete contradiction to her lawsuit.

In her lawsuit, Kesha accuses Dr. Luke of alleged rape, and physical and emotional assault.
Dr. Luke has since responded with his own lawsuit, which claims that Kesha's allegation are false and only serve as a ploy to extricate herself from their management contract.
In the deposition from a 2011 lawsuit when the two were both being sued by her former manager, Kesha admitted that Dr. Luke never gave her a roofie, and that she never had an intimate relationship with him.
The deposition had been previously sealed, but this morning a judge allowed it to be unsealed after Dr. Luke's lawyer requested that it be used in the current case.
In response, Kesha's lawyer, Mark Gregaros says that Kesha lied because Dr. Luke allegedly threatened to destroy Kesha and family's lives if she "didn't cover up his sexual assaults."
